While i managed to do the roof of a blue house the yellow house the one near the workbench as you start just won t seem to budge or allow any floors to be placed in using the rug.

Or if you still want the roof there you could try the place anywhere mod and place shack floors inside the busted roofs to fill the holes. Scap anything mod lets you scrap the roof off the house and you can just build a new one with shack parts. Not set new issue.

Basically add a false ceiling inside the house. If you don t use patch job there will still be holes in the texture of the roof because that s how the vanilla textures were made. All this mod does is replace the meshes of the roofs in sanctuary from the broken post war roofs to the pre war roofs while still keeping the post war rusted textures. Safe to use.
