When i say shed i mean minature house in the back garden.

Section 2 of the act provides the following rights to people wishing to alter a boundary wall. This building is red brick single storey with a pitched and tiled roof and double glazed. Council have said that the temporary shelter wwod shed is fine but not the tin shed. A wall with a foundation it does not apply to timber fences or other screens.

So i decided to refresh my memory of the planning law on this subject. The shed wall next to the wall will be 15ft long and 8ft high. A neighbour has built a shed against my grandma s house without her permission. Are they allowed to do that.

I dont really care about the tin shed its the fire wood shed i dont like busting and rotting my fence and posing a fire hazard lol you gotta laugh dont ya neighbours wont move it because they dont want the ugly pile of wood anywhere else. But you usually ask your neighbour if they object only manners my neighbour built conservatory next to me but it was ok if they have attacted the shed to her actuall wall well i think that will be different if it is not. My wife is worried that having something that close to the wall may cause a damp issue as there will be very little airflow through the inch gap over the large area.
