Let dry and check that all the oxidation is removed. I was sceptical as i always am about online reviews but this stuff really does do the job. Plenty in the tub probably used about 1 8 of it on the door as i lashed it on. All together took about an hour or so.

A 4m length of guttering can expand contract over 25mm in length in different temperatures. Paint hydrogen peroxide cream over the faded or discolored area. Work it gently into the plastic give it a few seconds to dry buff it off and there you go. Scrub the solution on to the surface and allow it to stand for 10 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly.

You see it is only the surface that is discoloured under that it is as good as new. You can use a paint brush or foam brush. A paint has to be pretty darn flexible to cope with that. Use a 12 hydrogen peroxide cream instead of the liquid variety most stores carry.

All plastic guttering in external soil stack suffer from uv damage. All waxes polishes silicone etc. Wearing rubber gloves use a grout sponge to clean and wash the gutters thoroughly with the soapy mixture. You can use a brush or a cloth.

Make a sudsy mixture of liquid dish detergent and water in a bucket. Look all you need is a mildly abrasive metal cleaner. Then brush an even layer of the cream over the area. Take it all down and turn it round you will see that it is not faded.

Clean the gutters with ez prep concentrated cleaner and water. Give you a couple more years probably longer than the paint would stay on. Tried lots of different products to revive a very faded 8 year old black composite front door. This can t be avoided but it can be repaired.

If there are missed areas wipe the oxidation with a damp cloth. You can restore the color and luster of your dull faded gutters with everbrite. To ensure a good bond.
