Can i use british paints 4 seasons on them. This can easily be removed just be washing down the gutters with a mild detergent and scrubbing with a mildly abrasive scrub sponge like the one you use to clean non stick pots and pans. Before you paint your steel gutters you want to repair any holes or cracks in them. The plastic putty knife does not scratch aluminum like a metal putty knife or steel wire brush.
